Spiritual Rhythms Worksheet

30 August 2011 No Comment

Establishing new rhythms can be difficult, especially when our schedules are already overloaded with work, family, and extra-curricular activities. How can we integrate rhythms of faith, hope, and love when we barely have time to cook dinner, finish homework, and get to bed at a decent time?

At the link below, you’ll find a document that can help you establish rhythms in your life. First, explore what you can do to experience elements of faith, hope, and love within the contexts of family life, church life, and community life. These could be as formal as a Sunday gathering or Bible study, or as simple as praying each night with your kids. Think through how you what you already do can “count” toward living out God’s mission in this world. Do you volunteer regularly at your child’s school? That counts! Do you regularly open your home to neighbors and friends? That counts too!
